Nice experiment in your kitchen recipes are always fun. Even better is to play around with ingredients and so develop your own natural skin and hair care. The big advantage is that you know exactly what the remedies is and you're sure you have no chemicals on your skin or in your hair rubs.
In this article I have 11 delicious nourishing recipes for you to put a row. The beauty is that you have all the ingredients, or already in the house or can easily get at the supermarket. They are fun recipes to get you started on a dull, rainy day.



Natural skin and hair care recipes


1. Natural facial toner, Let a bag of chamomile tea with 1 tablespoon rosemary in a mug of hot water until the water is cool. Remove the tea bag and sift the rosemary from the water. Add the juice of a whole lemon to tea and ready your tonic. Chamomile tea has a slightly anti-inflammatory and antiseptic and softens the skin. Mix it at the highest setting to a smooth paste and apply it on your face. Let sit for 20 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water. All of the ingredients in this mask have moisturizing properties.

4. Oatmeal and honey mask for sensitive skin: Do you like oatmeal ready him would make breakfast. Add two tablespoons of honey to mudslinger and allow the mixture to cool until it is lukewarm. Apply it gently on your face and let it sit APPROXIMATELY 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water and dry your face gently with a soft towel.
