Natural Anti Aging Skin Care

Chronically acid has the important property that holds water. And not just a little water, but up to a thousand times its own volume. In this way, it not only contributes to the flexibility of the joints and cartilage, but also to the resilience and flexibility of the skin.

In the skin, we especially hyaluronic acid found in the dermal matrix. The skin matrix is ??what would be if you take the dermis (the fibrous middle layer of the skin), and remove all the cells. The skin matrix is ??responsible for structural integrity, mechanical resilience, stability, and many other properties of the skin.

The biggest components of the skin matrix are structural proteins (especially collagen and elastic), which are vital for healthy skin and a youthful appearance. A structure alone is of course not sufficient. The dermal matrix is ??then also filled with substances which provide the necessary elasticity. At the same time they also provide a healthy moisturizing barrier that protects the body from dehydration. Furthermore for a given impact absorbing capability so that we do not have too much hurt us if we accidentally bumping something.

The main "fill" materials are glucose-based polymers including hyaluronic acid, in the context of anti-aging, by far the most important.

The presence of hyaluronic acid in the skin decreases with advancing age and this also leads to skin aging. The skin retains less moisture, it becomes thinner and less supple and wrinkles form. It is thus obvious that the extra supply of hyaluronic acid can be an important weapon in the fight against skin aging.
In cosmetics hyaluronic acid has mainly two applications. On the one hand the direct injection of hyaluronic acid, on the other hand make it topically by means of a cream or serum.

In the first case, hyaluronic acid is used only as a local "filler". The hyaluronic acid is injected into a skin fold or wrinkle in order to fill it up. Hyaluronic acid here has the great advantage that it slowly by the body is absorbed and so long lasting in place (to 9 months). It is a healthy alternative to other fillers because it is 100% body. The risk of allergy is excluded.

When the topical application of hyaluronic acid on the one hand, one aims at an effect on the skin, on the other hand a force in the skin.

On the skin, hyaluronic acid ensures an improvement of the skin by sebum its moisture retention properties. By holding the moisture present in the skin, but also sebum by moisture, present in the air, to put on. In this way it ensures better skin moisture barrier which also is retained longer in the skin for a soft, smooth skin. Yet there is also a subject of controversy. Some sources say that when hyaluronic acid is applied to the skin in a dry environment, it would tend to extract moisture from the skin and thus to dry out the skin correct. Any serious scientific evidence is not, however, for this to be found and the debate on how dry the climate or can not / should not over yet.

The effect of topically applied chronically acid in the skin is a different story. Chronically acid molecules, such as they are reflected in cosmetic gels or creams, are much too large to be able to penetrate the skin (1). In order to obtain chronically acid in the skin, the phototypesetting must then also be processed in such a way that they fall apart into smaller pieces. These "pieces" may or penetrate the skin but unfortunately no more moisturizing effect. A measure so nothing. Additionally, research has proven that low molecular weight chronically acid may have a harmful effect on the immune system because it will trigger all kinds of detonators (2).

So it seems that working chronically acid in the skin locks is just science fiction. Hence, scientists and cosmetics manufacturers now focus on drugs that will stimulate the production of chronically acid by the body itself or will inhibit the breakdown of chronically acid present.

One of the slopes followed in order to stimulate the production of chronically acid, the intake of gloominess. In the field of articular treatments, this has a proven effect (3). In terms of skin care is the research on this subject is still in its infancy.

The degradation of hyaluronic acid can counteract degradation enzyme by inhibiting the hyaluronic acid "hydroponically". One of the above ingredients is eligible "iciness", a sapping from Aesculapius hippopotamus (horse chestnut) extract. Horse chestnut extract, we know that it strengthens the walls of veins and aerospace is more elastic and thus counteracts. That it does this is probably due to the fact that it inhibits Elastoplast and hydroponically in the vessel walls. We emphasize "probably" because we did again and again come to the same phrase in literature: "Recent studies suggest That beta iciness May Possess anti-inflammatory, anti-hydroponically and anti-histamine properties" (among others 4).

Another frequently mentioned candidate is an isomer of scorbutic palpitate, L-Scorbutic Acid 6-hexadecimal '(5). However, the effect of this substance in the skin has not yet been examined in depth.

So we can conclude that hyaluronic acid in cosmetics is indeed an ingredient with a clear added value. But rather than on the skin in the skin. Claims that claim to stimulate the production of hyaluronic acid or inhibiting its degradation, we must take with a grain of salt. The research on this subject is still in its infancy and there is actually nothing proven.
