Acne is caused by a combination of predisposition and hormonal fluctuations. Because of this pimples more likely during puberty, around menstruation or pregnancy. But stress, using the wrong skin care products or an unhealthy lifestyle could disrupt the barrier function of the skin which can aggravate acne. Acne is also known as pimples popularly and is very common. Especially in the teenage years and adolescence, but then acne can form an annoying problem.


DIFFERENT TYPES OF ACNE


Acne comes in various forms, from mild to severe acne. By hitting an imbalance in sebum production, the blocked sebaceous glands which leads to various problems. The most common forms of acne (juvenile) pimples and blackheads, recognizable by the white or black head. However, there are blackheads from both white and black varieties. Open comedones look like pimples (the famous white cups). This is actually an accumulation of sebum in a completely closed hair follicle, also called follicle. Unlike the white pimples are closed comedones on the other hand often gray or black in color.

Popularly these black spots are commonly known as blackheads. In these pimples seems like there is dirt in the pores, but the gray / black color is a pigment produced by your own body. Pimples, sometimes called pustules, open comedones that have become inflamed. There is hereby redness in pimples and the skin around it. Inflammation or scarring can occur by itself or express squeezing pimples and / or blackheads; so be careful!


WHAT CAUSES ACNE?


Acne is, the effect of excessive sebum production, inflammation of the sebaceous glands, or an abnormal keratinisation of the epidermis. Sebum production can be disrupted by genetic factors, hormonal changes such as pregnancy or menstruation, use of wrong skin care products, or by stress. The excess sebum causes pores become clogged causing pimples or blackheads occur. These pimples or blackheads can then cause infections. When the tissue to touches may even scarring and remain behind the inflamed pimples. Acne is a harmless condition that usually goes away by itself after a few years.

WHAT ARE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF ACNE

Acne is characterized by an impure skin that often feels greasy. There it creates rash on the skin that can be recognized by white, black and red pimples and blackheads. Another characteristic of acne is a glowing skin by excessive sebum production. In the more severe forms of acne, scar tissue can be formed as a result of inflammation. Acne remedy is incredibly annoying and not from one day to another. Acne treatment often requires prolonged attention.

HOW TO ACNE THE BEST DEAL?

The treatment of acne has to do with the severity of the complaints and the extent to which there is acne scar formation. But also age and gender are important in order to determine the appropriate treatment and care products. There is no standard treatment for acne. Because a skin with acne is often oily and shiny, you can tend to wash the skin thoroughly and often. This is strongly discouraged! This gets stripped out too much sebum your skin and take the oil production will increase. The pores will become so clogged again and will not reduce in this way the acne. In an acne skin it is advisable to use a product that cleans the skin deep but mild and purifies.
